Oyaide HS-CF Carbon Fibre Headshell
The Oyaide HS-CF is a precision-engineered headshell designed to deliver exceptional rigidity, low mass, and effective vibration control. Constructed from 4mm thick carbon-fibre reinforced plastic (CFRP), it uses seventeen layers of prepreg material to achieve outstanding structural strength while maintaining excellent damping characteristics.
The carefully engineered carbon fibre layout minimises unwanted resonance without affecting stylus performance, allowing for accurate tracking and improved sound clarity. The shell is formed using advanced casting and CNC machining techniques to ensure precision and durability.
High-quality materials are used throughout. The socket is made from aluminium with a resin insert, while the pins are gold-plated brass for reliable connectivity. The supplied lead wires are made from 5N pure silver, arranged in a multi-strand configuration to reduce resistance and preserve signal integrity.
These silver leads are insulated with a double-layered silk covering, chosen for its resistance to static charge and excellent electrical properties. The rhodium-plated lead tips, made from phosphor bronze, ensure secure contact and long-term reliability.
