The Technics SU-R1000 is the brand’s first Reference Class integrated amplifier, combining cutting-edge digital technology with meticulous analogue engineering. Designed for uncompromising performance, it delivers exceptional power, precision, and control, all housed in a beautifully engineered chassis with a refined aluminium finish and iconic dual VU meters.

With 150W per channel into 8Ω and 300W per channel into 4Ω, the SU-R1000 is capable of driving a wide range of speakers with authority and finesse. Its fully digital amplification system, combined with Technics’ proprietary technologies, ensures ultra-low distortion, exceptional clarity, and a highly immersive soundstage.

At the heart of the amplifier is Technics’ JENO Engine, which eliminates jitter across the entire frequency range, preserving the integrity of both digital and analogue signals. This is complemented by LAPC (Load Adaptive Phase Calibration), which optimises speaker performance by precisely matching the amplifier’s output to the connected speakers.

A standout innovation is ADCT (Active Distortion Cancelling Technology), which actively measures and corrects distortion caused by speaker interaction, ensuring accurate, controlled, and dynamic sound regardless of speaker load.

The Advanced Speed Silent Power Supply delivers stable, noise-free power by fixing the switching frequency and eliminating modulation noise, while four independent power supply units isolate different circuit sections to maximise signal purity and channel separation.

The SU-R1000 also features an advanced phono stage with Intelligent Phono EQ and DSP-based processing, including a Crosstalk Canceller that measures and corrects cartridge behaviour for improved imaging and spatial accuracy.

Built with a high-rigidity, multi-layer chassis and extensive internal shielding, the amplifier minimises vibration and interference, ensuring the highest possible signal integrity.
