The Technics SU-GX70 is a versatile network amplifier that inherits core audio technology from the flagship Technics SU-R1000 amplifier, delivering high-quality digital amplification in a compact and elegant design. Combining streaming, analogue, and digital connectivity, it offers a complete modern Hi-Fi solution.

At its heart is the JENO Engine (Jitter Elimination and Noise-shaping Optimization), which processes audio signals fully digitally from input to output while minimising jitter. This ensures high signal purity and accurate, detailed sound reproduction.

Designed for superb performance, the SU-GX70 features a new Twin Power Supply, delivering a high signal-to-noise ratio for clean, detailed audio. The Clean Power Clock Generator, derived from Technics’ Reference Class components, enables high-precision digital signal processing for enhanced clarity and timing.

For streaming, the SU-GX70 is built around the Chromecast platform, supporting services such as Spotify, TIDAL, Deezer, Qobuz, and Amazon Music HD. It also supports MQA playback and is Roon Ready via future updates, offering excellent flexibility for modern listening.

Wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi, Apple AirPlay 2, Chromecast, and Bluetooth, alongside DAB+, FM, and internet radio for easy access to broadcast content.

Wired connectivity is equally comprehensive, with two line inputs, multiple digital inputs, USB-A and USB-B, and HDMI ARC for TV integration. A high-quality phono stage supports MM cartridges, allowing seamless connection of a turntable with excellent analogue performance.

Finished in a minimalist design available in black or silver, the SU-GX70 blends seamlessly into any system or living space.
