Solid-Sounds GEO Turntable Wall Isolation Shelf
The Solid-Sounds GEO turntable wall shelf has been designed to take the best features of classic wall-mounted shelves and improve upon their common shortcomings. Wall mounting a turntable is an effective way to eliminate floor-borne vibrations while positioning the deck at a comfortable and practical operating height.
The GEO shelf features a strong geometric frame design, providing excellent stability and capable of supporting turntables up to 40kg (depending on the wall fixings used). The usable shelf area measures 500 x 400 mm, with an additional 50 mm at the rear, accommodating the majority of turntable designs.
Unlike many vintage alternatives, the GEO uses a lightweight yet highly rigid 20mm real wood veneered MDF shelf. Finish options include American black walnut, oak, and black ash, with custom finishes available on request.
For precise setup, the shelf includes four adjustable spiked grub screws for levelling, along with a built-in bubble level for convenience. Installation has been carefully considered, with all six mounting holes fully accessible and spaced to align with standard UK stud wall distances.
An optional EASI-FIX™ French cleat style wall bracket is available, simplifying installation by allowing the shelf to be securely hooked into place without needing to support its full weight during fitting. The bracket also includes an integrated spirit level for added ease.
