The Cardas Parsec Interconnect delivers a neutral sound with a subtle touch of warmth, offering excellent transparency for its class. It provides a well-balanced presentation with a rich midrange, extended bass, and smooth, detailed treble, making it a highly musical and engaging cable.

Parsec offers improved transparency and imaging over Iridium, benefiting from technology originally developed for the flagship Clear range. At its core are Matched Propagation conductors, designed by George Cardas and protected by US Patent 7,674,973. This technology improves timing accuracy and reduces distortion, resulting in enhanced clarity, dynamics, and a more realistic soundstage.

While incorporating these advanced design elements, Parsec retains the warmth and musicality that made its predecessor, Quadlink, a long-standing favourite. It strikes an ideal balance between detail and musical expression, making it suitable for a wide range of systems.

Internally, the cable uses a shielded twisted pair configuration with air-tube suspension and advanced shielding to minimise noise and preserve signal integrity. The result is a clean, dynamic, and natural sound presentation.
