Cardas Iridium Speaker Cable
The Cardas Iridium Speaker Cable is a highly versatile design, suitable for virtually any amplifier and loudspeaker combination. Whether used in short or long runs, it delivers a balanced and engaging performance, making it an excellent choice for a wide range of systems.
Iridium is known for its rich midrange, strong and controlled bass, and smooth, natural treble. It offers a musical and enjoyable presentation that performs well beyond its price point, making it a standout option in its class.
This cable is also notably soft and flexible for its size, making installation simple even in more compact or complex setups. Long-time Cardas users will recognise its physical resemblance to the classic Microtwin Interconnect and Twinlink Speaker cables, which it replaces with improved performance.
Introduced in 2017, Iridium builds on over 20 years of proven design, with upgrades to dielectric materials and significantly enhanced flexibility. It incorporates Golden Ratio stranded Litz conductors, delivering improved signal integrity and reducing issues such as skin effect for cleaner, more accurate sound.
